✅ About the Role:

Chalhoub Group is looking for a detail-oriented and regulatory-savvy Product Registration Associate to support product compliance and market authorization processes across the beauty, fashion, gifts, and food categories. In this full-time role, you’ll ensure all technical documentation is properly maintained, guide cross-functional teams, and liaise with regulatory authorities to enable smooth product launches in the region.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

📋 Product Compliance & Market Authorization

• Oversee the completion of all product registration processes to obtain market approvals

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs policies, and government standards

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements across multiple product categories

• Collate and distribute regulatory documentation internally and to relevant external stakeholders

🛠 Operational & Performance Management

• Monitor service-level KPIs, reporting performance data to management

• Ensure accurate billing of services to business units as per defined pricing structures

• Manage and update internal databases for product registration and regulatory tracking

• Guarantee that Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001) procedures are strictly followed

🤝 Stakeholder & Team Management

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and regulatory authorities

• Train and mentor junior team members to maintain consistent service standards

• Manage team schedules to ensure full operational coverage during seasonal peaks and holidays

• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed:

✔️ Solid understanding of regulatory and market environments in the Middle East
✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with teams and authorities
✔️ Familiarity with supply chain operations and stakeholder management
✔️ Experience in regulatory compliance for luxury products is a plus (beauty, fashion, gifts, food)
