The role involves business development, account management, and strategic consulting, helping sellers optimize their success on Amazon. This position requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to drive sales, improve processes, and enhance the seller experience.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Act as a consultant for sellers, providing data-driven insights to help grow their business.
✅ Identify key business opportunities in various categories based on trends, brands, and pricing.
✅ Conduct deep dive analysis on seller performance and provide feedback for product and process improvement.
✅ Educate sellers on Amazon’s high standards for delivery and customer experience.
✅ Track and report business development results, analyze data, and publish recommendations.
✅ Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align initiatives for seller portfolio growth.

Basic Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
✔ Strong negotiation and selling skills.
✔ Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
✔ Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

🔹 Experience in Beauty or Personal Care categories.
🔹 Master’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
🔹 Background in account management, product marketing, or consulting.
🔹 E-commerce or retail experience in the GCC region.
🔹 Knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Oracle Business Intelligence, and Salesforce.
