Mastercard is hiring an Associate Managing Consultant in Specialized Product Delivery to support portfolio growth and customer engagement strategies. This role involves implementing credit card portfolio strategies, optimizing customer lifecycle management, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating across teams to enhance Mastercard’s product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support strategy execution for portfolio growth, credit card lifecycle management, and regulatory changes.
✅ Develop and implement customer engagement campaigns to drive spending and balance growth.
✅ Optimize credit card installment plans, including payment plan design and revenue strategies.
✅ Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine engagement strategies.
✅ Monitor financial performance, prepare forecasts, and mitigate potential risks.
✅ Enhance customer experience, addressing pain points and streamlining digital journeys.
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory changes and internal governance policies.
✅ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize portfolio management and drive innovation.
Job Requirements:
📌 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years’ experience in card product and portfolio management.
- Payments industry experience with hands-on project management skills.
📌 Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in credit card lifecycle management and portfolio optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
