Your Role & Responsibilities:

🏗 Design Leadership: Drive the development of architectural concepts, designs, and plans for new projects and renovations.
📑 Project Coordination: Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and interdisciplinary teams to align designs with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
🔍 Research & Compliance: Stay updated with building materials, codes, and construction techniques to ensure projects adhere to industry standards.
📄 Technical Documentation: Produce and review high-quality architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
🤝 Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions to refine architectural solutions.
🌱 Sustainability Integration: Advocate for eco-friendly design practices and energy-efficient materials.
✔ Quality Control: Ensure architectural plans meet established design principles and regulatory guidelines.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an accredited institution.
✔ 15+ years of experience in an architectural firm, with a strong portfolio of GCC projects.
✔ Expertise in design software – AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, InDesign.
✔ Comprehensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and codes/regulations.
✔ Exceptional communication & leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams and clients.
✔ Creative problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage evolving project requirements.
