Job Title: Associate Landscape Architect

Job Description:

A leading Design Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Landscape Architect to join their dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of landscape architecture projects, from concept development to completion, while ensuring design excellence and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple complex projects, and a passion for innovative landscape design.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Proposals:

• Assist in preparing bid proposals and contribute to business development efforts.
• Support the team in securing new projects and expanding client relationships.

Conceptual Design & Leadership:

• Develop innovative and inspiring landscape design concepts for diverse project types.
• Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Technical Expertise:

• Apply strong technical knowledge and a creative problem-solving approach.
• Stay updated with contemporary design trends and integrate international best practices.

Project Management:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Proactively manage client expectations and foster strong client relationships.

Client Liaison:

• Attend client meetings, present design concepts, and address client concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Technical Compliance:

• Ensure project adherence to local regulations and authority requirements.

Financial Control:

• Monitor project budgets, track performance, and report progress to management.

Team Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Lead and manage project teams effectively.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and adhere to the company’s quality management system for all project work.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex landscape projects.
• Strong conceptual design skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on high-profile projects in the Middle East.
• Professional registration with a relevant professional body.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
