Associate – Events & Festivals Marketing for National Talents

The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) is seeking a motivated Associate – Events & Festivals Marketing for National Talents to join its Creative & Brand section. This graduate-level role is focused on coordinating and executing on-brand, multi-channel campaigns for DET and DFRE (Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment) events. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work across diverse teams and partners to ensure impactful and timely campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns across digital, social, print, and on-ground activations.

  • Maintain timelines, trackers, and asset lists to ensure smooth project flow.

  • Prepare creative/media briefs, asset sheets, and basic production specs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Review campaign content and creative to ensure alignment with DET’s brand and visual identity standards.

  • Compile campaign dashboards and post-campaign reports, analyzing data to highlight insights and improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Digital, Social, Editorial, Events Operations) and external stakeholders (malls, retailers, sponsors, organizers) to align messaging and delivery.

  • Schedule and document creative reviews, production check-ins, and briefings, ensuring action points are tracked.

  • Support branding and asset deployment for festivals and activations, while capturing coverage and ensuring compliance.

  • Assist in maintaining DET’s brand asset library and ensuring its correct usage across all platforms.

  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor reviews to propose creative optimizations.

  • Maintain partnership and contra logs while coordinating delivery of co-branded assets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a strong interest in marketing, events, and brand management.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage timelines effectively.

  • Attention to detail in reviewing creative assets and ensuring brand consistency.

  • Basic knowledge of campaign reporting, media briefs, and digital/social platforms.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and external partners.

  • Proactive, creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and contribute.
