KPMG Lower Gulf is hiring an Associate Director for its Technology Consulting division, focusing on the Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) sector. This on-site, full-time leadership role is ideal for seasoned technology consulting professionals who possess deep sector knowledge, a passion for innovation, and a track record of delivering digital transformation within the ENR domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic technology consulting engagements for ENR clients from solution design to implementation.

• Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver customized solutions.

• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, regulatory trends, and innovation in the ENR sector.

• Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with client business goals.

• Drive and support business development efforts including proposals, client presentations, and demos.

• Oversee cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, engineers, and analysts to ensure project success.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to enhance offerings and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Extensive experience in technology consulting, particularly within the Energy and Natural Resources sector.

• Proven ability to lead complex digital transformation projects delivering tangible business value.

• Deep understanding of the ENR industry landscape, including technology trends, challenges, and compliance requirements.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence senior executives.

• Strategic, result-oriented mindset with the ability to align tech strategies with business outcomes.

• Willingness to travel and work on client sites.
