Salt is looking for an Associate Director for Digital Transformation with a focus on Bidgely and SaaS expertise. This contract role is ideal for a strategic leader experienced in SaaS implementations and digital transformation, particularly in the energy and utilities sectors. The candidate will lead client engagement and oversee complex SaaS onboarding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for utility clients, acting as the primary technical program manager

• Guide clients through digital transformation, from consultation to post-implementation optimization

• Identify new opportunities for digital enhancement with internal teams and clients

• Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategies

• Deliver presentations, proposals, and solutions to senior stakeholders

• Oversee digital and business transformation projects across verticals

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor

Requirements:

• 8–15 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 5 years in SaaS implementation and enterprise onboarding

• Strong knowledge of SaaS models, digital technologies (AI, IoT, cloud), and customer lifecycle management

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)

• Experience implementing/configuring Bidgely solutions is highly desirable
