Job Summary:
Greenfix Property Care is hiring an Associate Director on behalf of AtkinsRéalis. This senior role is ideal for professionals with at least 15 years of experience in cost and commercial management within large-scale infrastructure, residential, or mixed-use projects. The candidate will play a critical role in leading project financials, contracts, stakeholder management, and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost & Commercial Management

• Manage cost and commercial aspects from pre-contract through to post-contract stages.

• Ensure proper financial controls, contract negotiations, and compliance.

• Review and draft contracts, notices, task orders, and legal communications.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

• Oversee task orders, resource allocations, and executive-level reporting.

• Lead internal governance processes and financial forecasts.

Legal & Contractual Expertise

• Interpret FIDIC and common law contracts.

• Prepare and evaluate claims, variations, and risk assessments.

• Contribute to commercial strategies and contract negotiations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Law.

• MRICS certification is mandatory.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in consulting/client-side roles.

• At least 4 years’ experience in the Middle East preferred.

• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use development projects.

• Familiar with PMIS systems and large company financial controls.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
