Job Overview:
Join a multidisciplinary team of designers, planners, and urban strategists who are addressing some of the region’s most pressing urban challenges. As an Associate – Digital, you will contribute to innovative and transformative masterplans through deep expertise in urban systems, governance, and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to high-impact urban strategy and planning projects.

• Prepare and deliver compelling reports, strategies, policies, and guidelines.

• Manage and lead key tasks and small teams within multi-disciplinary project environments.

• Apply your understanding of urban systems and implementation strategies to support regional and international clients.

• Use digital and geospatial tools to analyze, visualize, and present planning data.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Spatial, Economic, or Policy Planning.

• Minimum of 6 years of post-graduate experience.

• Experience working outside the Middle East is required.

• Proven track record in delivering urban strategies and managing small teams.

• Proficiency in InDesign and geospatial analysis tools.

• Excellent writing and communication skills with a portfolio that showcases leadership in projects.
