Role Overview:
The Associate Design Architect will lead design development from concept to delivery, manage client relationships, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior architects, and contribute to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development from concept through to project delivery, ensuring innovation and excellence.

• Manage client relationships and present design ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across global offices for coordinated outputs.

• Mentor junior architects and foster a collaborative, design-driven studio culture.

• Participate in business development, including proposals, competitions, and presentations.

• Ensure compliance with regional codes, regulations, and cultural sensitivities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s or Post-Graduate preferred).

• Minimum 10 years’ professional experience with reputable international architectural firms.

• Proven track record in large-scale, complex Middle East projects.

• Strong client-facing and presentation skills; ability to build long-term relationships.

• Preference for Arabic-speaking candidates to bridge communication across clients.

• Excellent design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and leadership.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software.
