Aster DM Healthcare, one of the largest private healthcare service providers in the GCC and India, is looking for an Associate – Customer Care to join its team at Aster Muwaileh Medical Centre in Dubai. The role is front-line focused, ensuring patients receive efficient, professional, and compassionate service from the moment they arrive at the medical centre. The Associate will assist with registrations, insurance coordination, patient guidance, and overall service quality, while maintaining compliance with healthcare protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, assist with registration and insurance forms.

• Verify patient categories (insured, corporate, HMO, or general) and guide them appropriately.

• Support patients in completing required documentation and insurance procedures.

• Coordinate patient flow by referring them to the correct doctors and counters.

• Issue registration cards and manage patient files accurately.

• Handle basic grievance resolution and maintain cordial patient relations.

• Inform patients of delays or changes in doctor schedules.

• Maintain cleanliness and professional standards in the reception area.

• Work with insurance coordinators for approvals, card verification, and package coverage.

• Enter details into the system, verify insurance coverage, and manage co-pays or outstanding balances.

• Collect payments, process billing, and follow up with patients on pending amounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or front-office roles.

• Knowledge of medical insurance processes and healthcare documentation is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.

• Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

• Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency.
