Saatchi & Saatchi MEA is looking for an Associate Creative Director (Art) to lead creative concepts, oversee art direction, and mentor a team of designers and art directors. The role requires balancing creativity with strategy, ensuring campaigns are visually impactful, meet client expectations, and align with brand objectives. This leadership position involves close collaboration with the Creative Director and account management teams to deliver high-quality, award-winning campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns.

• Oversee art direction, ensuring design aligns with brand and campaign objectives.

• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

• Lead, inspire, and mentor art directors and designers.

• Oversee production of all visual elements to maintain high standards.

• Work with the Creative Director on performance, workflow, and quality improvements.

• Develop and review creative briefs to ensure strategic insights and inspiration.

• Ensure all creative deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards.

• Collaborate with account management to maintain client satisfaction and business growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of creative agency experience (primarily Art background).

• Strong conceptual thinking and proven creative judgment.

• Experience in client management and organic business growth.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Track record in managing and mentoring creative teams.

• Experience in events (client/brand activations) is a plus.

• Knowledge of consumer behavior and industry trends.

• Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
