Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Education & Experience:

• Fluent English (C2 level) and full professional/conversational Arabic.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Competitive Salary & Performance-Based Bonus

• Total first-year compensation: AED 255,000 – AED 293,000

• Base salary: AED 200,000 + uncapped variable compensation
