• Publicis Groupe is looking for an Associate Business Director – Content to drive collaboration, product innovation, and content leadership for global clients. This role focuses on conducting content audits, crafting data-driven strategies, and leading content-related pitches and initiatives across multiple teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Execution: Understand and develop content solutions across web, social, influencers, and partnerships. Conduct audits (social listening, SEO, performance analysis) to create actionable content strategies.

• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the BD of Strategy & Growth to support content strategy development and execution. Ensure smooth transitions of newly acquired businesses to final teams while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

• Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of digital, social, and content trends, fostering innovation to drive client success and business growth.

• Business Efficiency: Utilize tools to streamline workflows, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements to optimize content delivery and business operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: Proven experience in content strategy, business development, and operational efficiency, ideally in an agency environment.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Certifications: Platform certifications (e.g., META, TikTok, Amazon, Snap) are a bonus.

• Skills: Strong leadership skills, business acumen, advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
