ENOC is inviting Emirati Fresh Graduates to join as an Associate Analyst – Performance Management. This role is designed to support the effective execution of performance management processes across the ENOC Group. The position focuses on scorecard cascading and alignment, KPI monitoring, variance analysis, and compliance with performance frameworks. It offers an excellent opportunity for young Emirati graduates with specializations in Business or Finance to gain experience in corporate performance and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of ENOC Group scorecard by identifying and aligning relevant KPIs.

• Assist in the cascading and alignment of scorecards across business units and segments.

• Coordinate with scorecard champions and coordinators to ensure compliance with performance management policies and procedures.

• Prepare periodic monitoring reports on performance metrics, including variance analysis.

• Identify performance trends and anomalies to support strategic decision-making.

• Contribute to the communication of performance insights across the organization.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• Fresh graduates (UAE Nationals only) are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Knowledge of performance management frameworks is a plus.

• Performance Management Certification (preferred).

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
