Fitch Ratings is looking for an Emirati national to join their Global Islamic Finance Group as an Associate Analyst. The position, part of a two-year development program, offers an exceptional opportunity to engage in credit analysis and Islamic Finance projects while receiving mentorship from senior analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior analysts with Islamic Finance initiatives, including sukuk templates and relevant documentation.

• Assist with data collection, preliminary analysis, and maintaining Fitch’s Islamic Finance database.

• Review sukuk legal documentation and transaction structures in collaboration with senior team members.

• Engage in global cross-sector projects related to Islamic Finance solutions.

• Participate in meetings with issuers, bankers, and legal teams, providing essential support.

• Monitor regulatory developments in Islamic Finance and contribute insights.

• Contribute to research on topics relevant to the Islamic Finance industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Emirati national with Family Book

• GPA of 3.2 or above

• Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in credit analysis and Islamic Finance.

• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

• Familiarity with financial instruments and data analysis/modeling is a plus.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field.
