Element Materials Technology, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification, is hiring an Assistant Technician to join its operations team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing and testing material specimens, operating laboratory equipment, and recording accurate test data under supervision. Responsibilities:

• Prepare material specimens for laboratory testing as per client specifications.

• Conduct tests under supervision and gather/record accurate test data.

• Support in maintaining and constructing test fixtures and lab equipment.

• Operate safely under Element’s safety rules, policies, and procedures.

• Adhere to lab quality practices and calibration requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Secondary school education completed.

• Experience in in-situ soil and concrete sampling/testing per international standards.

• Ability to prepare and cure samples according to standard procedures.

• Familiarity with laboratory documentation and test request procedures.

• UAE manual driving license is preferred (not mandatory).
