Role Overview:
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, supporting OMNI channel fulfillment, and fostering an inclusive team environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer experience and sales results through best-in-class service.

  • Oversee store presentation, floorset updates, and merchandising.

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and staff training.

  • Supervise stockroom operations and ensure efficient store processes.

  • Support OMNI channel fulfillment and inventory management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and team-building skills.

  • Interest in fashion and product knowledge.

  • Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Awareness of inclusion and diversity principles.
