Assistant Service Manager – Electronics & Home Appliances
Employment: Full-Time | Location: Dubai, UAE
Guildhall is partnering with a leading global electronics and home appliance company to hire an Assistant Service Manager in Dubai. This role will support after-sales service operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient service management, and team coordination to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Support

Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Record, track, and resolve customer complaints while providing timely feedback.

Conduct follow-ups and surveys to assess customer satisfaction and service improvements.
Service Operations & Coordination
-
Oversee order entry, tracking, and service arrangements to streamline operations.
-
Assist in staff task planning and resource allocation to optimize service efficiency.
-
Analyze service processes and recommend improvements.
Service Provider & Network Management
-
Track service provider work orders, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
-
Gather and report feedback on service performance, assisting in problem resolution.
Spare Parts & Inventory Management

Maintain inventory records, ensuring stock availability and accuracy.
-
Schedule spare parts orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Conduct regular inventory audits, managing expired or damaged parts.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain service contracts, reports, and essential records in an organized manner.
-
Analyze service data and generate reports for management decision-making.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on key service metrics.
Administrative & Project Support

Manage administrative duties such as office supplies and general office support.

Assist in key service projects and research tasks as assigned.

Participate in service visits and ad-hoc operational duties as required.
Requirements:
Professional Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with CRM systems for customer service tracking.

Basic technical knowledge of electronics and home appliances for troubleshooting support.
Experience & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in customer service or after-sales service management.

Prior exposure to service process optimization, order management, or resource allocation is a plus.
