Job Description:

Join a leading automotive company in the UAE as an Assistant Sales Manager and play a key role in promoting and selling Champion Lubricants. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth in the lubricants and batteries market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote & sell Champion Lubricants to existing and potential customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of leads.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and dealers.

• Facilitate product training for dealers to enhance product knowledge.

• Track sales performance, targets, and market trends to optimize strategies.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide demand forecasts to optimize inventory.

Requirements:

• Open to Indian nationals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.

• At least 6 years of experience in the Lubricants & Batteries Market.

• UAE Driver’s License is a must.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Must be based in the UAE.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 14,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Monthly commission & paid overtime.
