Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager – Fire Protection Systems

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Sales Manager to join a leading provider of cutting-edge fire protection solutions in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to promote and sell fire detection, firefighting, and emergency lighting systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new clients, and ensuring product approval in tenders for fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new clients and promote fire protection systems in Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers, ensuring product approval in tenders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with Abu Dhabi Civil Defence regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, provide detailed sales reports, and track payments for timely collections.
• Work closely with the team to ensure all projects meet client requirements and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi, with a total of 5-7 years in the UAE within the fire protection industry.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Protection & Detection systems, ADCD regulations, and NFPA standards.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Salary: AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances, with additional commissions, company car, fuel, and Salik allowance.
