The ideal candidate will have a passion for food & beverage, exceptional guest experiences, and operational excellence in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

• Lead and develop a team of F&B professionals to maintain high service standards.

• Manage restaurant finances, including budgets, cost control, and meeting revenue targets.

• Implement customer service excellence strategies to enhance guest experiences.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in full-service, fine dining, or upper casual restaurant management in the UAE.

• Experience with homegrown restaurant concepts is an advantage.

• Relevant F&B or hospitality management qualifications.

• A vibrant, outgoing personality with excellent English communication skills.

• Proven track record in meeting operational and financial targets.
