Emaar is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional dining experiences and lead a high-performing F&B team at Origins. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in hospitality and will ensure operational excellence, uphold brand standards, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth restaurant operations aligned with company standards.

  • Lead and coach F&B team members, offering on-the-job training and feedback.

  • Conduct team huddles to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

  • Analyze operational needs and allocate resources efficiently.

  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and manage service recovery when needed.

  • Foster a customer-first environment with strong guest interaction.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service throughout the outlet.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of hospitality experience.

  • At least 2 years in an F&B supervisory or similar leadership role in a 5-star hotel.

  • High school diploma required; degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.

  • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.

  • High emotional intelligence with a guest-centric mindset.

  • Strong adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
