Kitopi is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Dubai. This role supports day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, team leadership, and smooth operational execution. Ideal for candidates with restaurant management experience and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly

• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff for peak performance

• Handle daily cash management, deposits, and financial reporting

• Monitor inventory, manage supply orders, and control costs

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Assist with staff scheduling, labor cost control, and performance reviews

• Contribute to marketing campaigns, in-house promotions, and event planning

• Step in for Restaurant Manager during absences

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment

• Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
