Job Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff, and supporting business growth at our KIGO restaurant. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations efficiently.

• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.

• Address customer complaints and special requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and maintain vendor relationships.

• Support financial goals by controlling costs and maximizing revenue.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

• Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to boost restaurant business.

• Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or managerial role.

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proven experience in restaurant operations and financial management.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Japanese language is a plus.
