As an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) – Elite, you will be the first point of contact for Elite segment customers, managing their day-to-day banking requirements, offering personalized service, and supporting Relationship Managers in delivering tailored financial solutions. This role plays a key part in customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
💬 Customer Service & Frontline Support

Address walk-in client inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

Assist clients in selecting suitable banking services and encourage digital channel usage
-
Support in onboarding customers and delivering Elite product offerings
-
Ensure timely issuance of customer statements, letters, and service documents
📄 Operational Activities
-
Process various customer service requests via Operational CRM, KOFAX, and Smart Forms
-
Handle account maintenance tasks (e.g., Emirates ID, passport updates, contact details)
-
Manage remittance services, cheque book requests, stop payments, locker visits, and disputes
-
Support PSA activities for products such as CASA, deposits, loans, and credit cards
-
Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation and system entries
📈 Sales & Relationship Support

Proactively contact existing and prospective clients to identify cross-sell opportunities
-
Set appointments to review customer needs and suggest appropriate CBD products
-
Participate in sales meetings to share feedback and learn best practices
-
Review customer portfolios and identify areas for growth or enhanced service
📦 Inventory & Compliance

Manage custody and inventory logs for cheque books, cards, and returned cheques
-
Follow procedures for locker access and vault visits

Maintain service quality and compliance with internal SLAs and operational guidelines
Candidate Profile
🎓 Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance-related discipline preferred
-
3–4 years of experience in retail or branch banking as a Customer Service Advisor
💼 Skills

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of retail banking processes, digital banking tools, and CRM platforms

Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, customer-focused environment

Fluent in Arabic and English
