United Arab Bank is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager to join their Corporate Finance team under the Wholesale Banking division in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on credit risk management, portfolio monitoring, and client relationship support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare credit proposals for both new and existing deals, ensuring alignment with the bank’s credit policy.

• Monitor credit portfolio health, proactively manage risks, and update senior management.

• Raise technical authorization requests for facility extensions or temporary limit excesses.

• Ensure timely submission of annual reviews and maintain accurate credit documentation.

• Conduct financial spreads, Moody’s Risk Assessment ratings, and credit memos.

• Collaborate across departments to deliver efficient services to corporate finance clients.

• Support business development initiatives by marketing services to new and existing clients.

• Manage and recommend strategies for problem loans.

• Assist in audits and regulatory inspections.

• Handle operational aspects of existing facilities including payments, rollovers, and covenant monitoring.

• Coordinate KYC and compliance processes for account openings.

• Represent the bank at industry events and participate in professional development trainings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Finance (preferred).

• 4-5 years of experience in Credit Risk Management and Corporate Lending.

• Solid knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance standards.

• Strong credit appraisal, structuring, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in developing and maintaining credit risk policies and procedures.
