We are seeking an Assistant Real Estate Development Manager to support the Development Manager in overseeing residential real estate projects across Abu Dhabi. This role involves assisting in project planning, financial management, design coordination, marketing, and sales/leasing activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project success from concept to completion, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project development from concept creation to execution.
• Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and documentation.
• Support in budgeting, financing, and financial reporting for projects.
• Assist in managing design, engineering, and construction activities.
• Collaborate on marketing, sales, and leasing strategies for properties.
• Analyze market trends and participate in new business development.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Real Estate is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate development, architecture, or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and contract management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Salary:

AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
