Dubai Public Prosecution is seeking qualified UAE Nationals to join as Assistant Prosecutors. This full-time, on-site role involves carrying out investigative and legal procedures in criminal cases in accordance with UAE laws. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations in criminal cases including interrogations, witness hearings, searches, arrests, and issuing pretrial detention or release orders

• Refer cases to competent courts when sufficient evidence is found

• Investigate and resolve cases involving felonies, misdemeanors, and violations

• Decide on requests related to criminal report openings, rehabilitation, and grievances

• Issue legal warrants and respond to inquiries from police stations

• Inspect detention centers and prepare related reports

• Provide legal opinions and appear in court on behalf of the prosecution

Application Requirements:

• Must be a UAE citizen

• Aged between 21 and 28 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited institution with at least a “Good” GPA

• Valid English proficiency certificate (minimum TOEFL 500 or IELTS 5)

• Medically fit (as per official authority decision)

• Completed national service (for males)

• Must pass job-related tests, interviews, and a diploma in legal and judicial sciences

• Good conduct and high sense of responsibility required
