Mace is looking for an Assistant Project Manager – MEP to join its team for a large mixed-use residential development in Dubai. The role involves providing technical guidance, project coordination, and MEP service management to ensure compliance with quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Provide technical guidance and MEP expertise to ensure project success.
✅ Support project planning, budgeting, and value engineering proposals.
✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, trade contractors, and internal teams.
✅ Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering frameworks.
✅ Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance.
✅ Assist in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and commissioning strategies.
✅ Manage project progress, dependencies, and critical milestones.
✅ Promote sustainability, prefabrication, and carbon reduction strategies.

Job Requirements:
🔹 Experience in the UAE (essential for client approval).
🔹 Basic knowledge of MEP engineering systems, design standards, and commissioning processes.
🔹 Understanding of construction sequencing, planning, and scheduling.
🔹 Familiarity with health & safety regulations, logistics, and quality assurance.
🔹 Prior experience in building services or a specialized engineering discipline.
🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
