As an Assistant Project Manager (M1), you will support project execution by ensuring quality, cost, and time objectives are met. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage project elements independently, and contribute to risk assessment, planning, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support projects to meet time, cost, and quality objectives.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.

• Conduct research, maintain records, and provide accurate project data.

• Manage small project elements independently with oversight from senior managers.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing standards.

• Assist in risk management and mitigation strategies.

• Track project changes and oversee formal documentation before project completion.

• Ensure adherence to quality management systems and attend project meetings.

• Contribute to net zero carbon transition initiatives within project delivery.

• Support budget tracking, financial risk identification, and mitigation planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates (mandatory for client approval).

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling, procurement, and reporting.

• Understanding of construction processes and industry regulations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.

• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively.

• Familiarity with sustainability and carbon reduction strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Membership in RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent professional bodies.

• Project management experience in property or infrastructure sectors.

• Knowledge of commercial and financial aspects of project management.
