Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing building projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Track project budgets and ensure financial control.
• Schedule project timelines and monitor progress.
• Support procurement by coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Prepare sub-consultancy agreements and project briefing sheets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
