AECOM is seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Design to support infrastructure projects, ensuring effective project execution, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. The role involves managing small projects or assisting with large-scale complex projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Project Management – Manage small projects or assist in large, complex infrastructure projects.
📌 Stakeholder Coordination – Work with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
📌 Scheduling & Budgeting – Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
📌 Risk Management – Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
📌 Documentation & Reporting – Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
📌 Quality Assurance – Ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
📌 Proposal Development – Assist in preparing project proposals, scope definitions, and resource estimations.

Required Skills & Experience:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
✔ Experience: Minimum 5+ years in project management of civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities).
✔ Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
✔ Technical Expertise: Proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.
✔ Regional Experience: Prior experience in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain projects is advantageous.
✔ Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
