Assistant Project Coordinator | Full-Time | Dubai, UAE
About the Role:
We are seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to oversee the on-site execution of design plans, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to liaise between clients and internal design teams to ensure seamless project updates and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee on-site project execution, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.
✅ Act as the primary liaison between clients and design teams for effective communication.
✅ Manage procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and timely deliveries.
✅ Develop detailed project schedules aligned with client expectations and available resources.
✅ Maintain accurate project documentation (budgets, timelines, and decisions made).
✅ Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
✔ 3+ years of experience in project coordination within design or construction sectors.
✔ Strong multi-project management and budget management skills.
✔ Proficiency in procurement processes, risk assessment, and regulatory knowledge.
✔ Expertise in design experience, sustainability practices, and technology proficiency.
✔ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
💰 Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
