Aldar Education is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Principal to join its expanding school network in the UAE. The ideal candidate will lead strategic direction, learning enhancement, and leadership management to support the educational goals of Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030. This role involves overseeing student behavior, attendance, inclusion, safeguarding, and professional development while ensuring an outstanding teaching and learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Strategic Leadership:

• Develop policies for behavior, attendance, and student leadership.
• Oversee safeguarding and child protection policies as the Child Protection Officer.
• Collaborate with school inclusion teams and external agencies.

📌 Support for Learning:

• Model outstanding teaching & learning practices.
• Support Heads of Department in improving academic performance.
• Implement and monitor personalized learning strategies.

📌 Leadership & Management:

• Assist the Principal in strategic decision-making.
• Organize staff meetings, training, and professional development.
• Monitor teaching quality & curriculum implementation.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or B.Sc with PGCE (Master’s preferred).
✅ Experience:

• 6+ years of teaching experience, with 4 years of outstanding performance.
• 2+ years in a middle leadership role.
• Proven track record in school initiatives & student performance improvement.
  ✅ Skills:
• Strong data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent team leadership & collaboration.
• Experience in working with parents & external agencies.
