Aldar Education is seeking an Assistant Principal for Teaching and Learning at Mubarak Bin Mohammed Charter School for the academic year starting in August 2025. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting in school leadership, promoting high-quality learning, and supporting the development and management of the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in fostering a culture of high-quality learning across the school.

• Lead curriculum development and strategic direction under the Principal’s guidance.

• Manage and evaluate teaching practices to improve student outcomes.

• Oversee classroom organization and the learning environment, ensuring excellence in education.

• Implement and review Positive Behaviour and Anti-bullying Policies.

• Monitor the achievements of vulnerable students and identify strategies for improvement.

• Promote equal opportunities and build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community.

• Provide professional development and training for teaching staff.

• Teach and inspire students, ensuring high standards of discipline and achievement.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field with a teaching qualification.

• 6 years of experience, including 4 years of exceptional teaching performance.

• Strong leadership and curriculum development skills.

• Proficiency in Arabic and/or English (as applicable to the school’s curriculum).
