Overview:
Egis is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operational functions of our road maintenance and bridge infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will come from a civil engineering background and bring 12+ years of relevant experience, including planning and process improvement expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations Manager in managing the day-to-day activities across operational departments

• Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance

• Supervise and coordinate operational teams to meet performance and project deadlines

• Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and maximize efficiency

• Drive operational improvements and assist in implementing best practices

• Contribute to budget preparation and monitor cost control

• Prepare detailed operational reports and maintain accurate project records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience

• Certification in planning or related project management credentials preferred

• Strong background in road maintenance and bridge construction projects

• Currently residing in the UAE
