Overview:
Egis is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operational functions of our road maintenance and bridge infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will come from a civil engineering background and bring 12+ years of relevant experience, including planning and process improvement expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Operations Manager in managing the day-to-day activities across operational departments

Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance

Supervise and coordinate operational teams to meet performance and project deadlines

Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and maximize efficiency

Drive operational improvements and assist in implementing best practices

Contribute to budget preparation and monitor cost control

Prepare detailed operational reports and maintain accurate project records
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university

Minimum of 12 years of professional experience

Certification in planning or related project management credentials preferred

Strong background in road maintenance and bridge construction projects

Currently residing in the UAE
