Role Overview
Mediclinic Group is seeking an Assistant Nurse – OPD to provide and coordinate patient-centric nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, Dubai. This is a contract-based, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.

• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks following Mediclinic policies and procedures.

• Support positive patient experiences by maintaining a professional and conducive care environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Nursing Diploma (essential).

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in OPD or outpatient nursing.

• Skills:

  • Strong patient care and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of clinical standards, healthcare regulations, and safety procedures.

  • Team collaboration and communication skills.

• Preference will be given to candidates in line with UAE Emiratization Program guidelines.
