We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Assistant Manager – Projects Development to lead and support strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing performance metrics, driving innovation, and mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

✅ Requirements

• Open to Indian nationals, aged 45 and below

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or corporate strategy

  • Preferably within a free zone, regulatory body, or government-affiliated environment

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions

• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and technologically adept

• Must be currently based in the UAE
