6thStreet.com, a leading omnichannel fashion & lifestyle destination, is hiring an Assistant Manager – Planning to drive demand forecasting, pricing strategy, inventory management, and sales planning. The role focuses on optimizing revenue, enhancing customer experience, and driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Demand Planning & Forecasting:

Analyze historical sales trends, market insights, and customer behavior to develop accurate demand forecasts.

Collaborate with Category Managers, Merchandising, and Marketing teams for product launches and seasonal trends.
✅ Pricing & Promotions Strategy:
-
Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to maximize conversions and profitability.

Execute promotions and discounting strategies aligned with business goals.
✅ Merchandising & Marketing:
-
Optimize product showcasing, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
-
Enhance product discoverability, navigation, and catalog richness to improve customer experience.

Work with marketing teams on ROI-driven awareness campaigns (SEO, SEM, TV commercials, email marketing).
✅ Sales & Category Growth:

Improve product merchandising and conversion rates through data-driven decision-making.

Manage the promotions calendar for key events (Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
✅ Data Analytics & Reporting:

Track key performance metrics like forecast accuracy, stock turnover, and revenue trends.

Use Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools to generate actionable business insights.
✅ Customer Understanding:

Analyze changing trends to predict customer behavior and enhance the shopping experience.

Develop pricing strategies that balance customer value and profitability.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).

3-5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or category management (e-commerce or retail preferred).

Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), SAP, Oracle, or other ERP tools.

Experience in pricing, promotions, and digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, performance marketing).

Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools for insights and reporting.

Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
