Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager – Outlet to support the Outlet Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence. This full-time, on-site role focuses on efficient outlet management, inventory oversight, staff coordination, and ensuring adherence to Park Hyatt Dubai’s high standards of performance. The ideal candidate will combine operational expertise in luxury hospitality with strong leadership and guest service skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily outlet operations according to the established concept statement and standards.

Ensure adequate par stocks for all operating equipment and supplies, and conduct monthly inventory checks.

Monitor guest feedback and recommend improvements to service standards.

Control requisitioning, storage, and usage of all operating equipment and supplies.

Coordinate with kitchen and beverage departments to maintain quality and efficiency.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, recommend Food & Beverage combinations, and upsell alternatives.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring follow-up and resolution.

Ensure strict adherence to outlet cashiering procedures.

Uphold high service standards and motivate staff to deliver exceptional luxury experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:

Fluent in Spanish; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hospitality Management Degree or equivalent; diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate staff.

Customer-centric approach with exceptional guest service skills, including handling VIP clients.

Operational experience in luxury hospitality within 4 or 5-star properties.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
