Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager – National Talent to join the Conferences and Events team. This role ensures seamless planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, meetings, and events, providing exceptional guest experiences at one of Dubai’s premier luxury resorts.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the coordination and execution of conferences, meetings, and events.

Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries.

Guide and assist event staff during setup, execution, and breakdown.

Assist in securing event venues, arranging setups, and coordinating with facilities.

Aid in developing event budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Skills & Requirements:

UAE National with Family Book as per government requirements.
-
5–8 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Advanced).
