Azadea Group is seeking an Assistant Manager II to oversee customer service, sales operations, and team management in a retail environment. The role involves assisting shop/department managers in maintaining efficient store operations, stock management, and customer satisfaction while leading and motivating the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing expert product recommendations.

Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure availability.

Handle customer complaints and operational issues, escalating when necessary.

Prepare reports on KPIs, sales trends, inventory, and team productivity.

Manage staff scheduling, ensuring operational efficiency.

Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.

Monitor team performance, communicate sales targets, and suggest improvements.

Train and develop staff to enhance customer service and sales skills.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

5+ years of experience in retail or a similar role.
-
2+ years in a managerial position.
-
Strong leadership, conflict management, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and English communication.
