Azadea Group is seeking an Assistant Manager II to oversee customer service, sales operations, and team management in a retail environment. The role involves assisting shop/department managers in maintaining efficient store operations, stock management, and customer satisfaction while leading and motivating the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing expert product recommendations.

  • Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure availability.

  • Handle customer complaints and operational issues, escalating when necessary.

  • Prepare reports on KPIs, sales trends, inventory, and team productivity.

  • Manage staff scheduling, ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.

  • Monitor team performance, communicate sales targets, and suggest improvements.

  • Train and develop staff to enhance customer service and sales skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • 5+ years of experience in retail or a similar role.

  • 2+ years in a managerial position.

  • Strong leadership, conflict management, and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and English communication.
