Assistant Manager – Guest Services

Al Bandar Rotana & Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana are seeking an enthusiastic and guest-oriented Assistant Manager – Guest Services to join our exceptional hospitality team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will lead from the front to ensure every guest receives a personalized, memorable experience that reflects our brand’s dedication to excellence in service.

We are looking for a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to making a lasting impression on every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a visible and welcoming leader, greeting guests personally and making them feel at home.

  • Proactively address and resolve guest concerns, requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.

  • Engage with guests throughout their stay to build rapport and enhance their overall experience.

  • Coach and support the Guest Services team to foster a warm, service-driven atmosphere.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations with high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and safety.

  • Encourage and facilitate positive guest feedback and online reviews to enhance the hotel’s reputation.

  • Collaborate with marketing to highlight exceptional guest experiences on digital platforms.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in hospitality or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in front office operations within a hotel environment.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong computer skills; knowledge of Opera PMS is highly desirable.

  • Immaculate personal presentation and problem-solving capabilities.
