Jumeirah Beach Hotel, an iconic luxury destination under the globally renowned Jumeirah Group, is looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join its Front Office team. This role is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who excel in guest relations, VIP service management, and team supervision. You will ensure seamless guest experiences while maintaining Jumeirah’s signature luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage VIP arrivals and ensure accurate recording of guest preferences.

• Coordinate with the Reservations Department to action guest preference forms.

• Oversee guest welcome experience, including welcome drinks, towels, and personalized folders/cards.

• Supervise lobby greeters, Guest Relations, and Guest Services Executives.

• Ensure strong guest engagement by maintaining visibility in the lobby.

• Collect guest feedback to enhance services and facilities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 4–5 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate–Advanced).

• Additional language skills are an advantage.
