Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of non-F&B entertainment areas, including the games arcade, soft play area, bowling alley, and multipurpose event spaces.
• Ensure smooth facility operations by monitoring safety protocols, maintaining equipment, and addressing technical issues.
• Manage corporate and group bookings, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of events.
• Supervise and train the entertainment team, setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations.
• Enhance customer experience by addressing guest concerns, handling complaints, and implementing feedback-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends to introduce innovative entertainment experiences and maintain a competitive edge.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Previous experience in managing entertainment or recreational facilities.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in team supervision.
• Ability to handle customer relationships effectively and resolve issues professionally.
• Passion for delivering world-class family entertainment experiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
