Assistant Manager – Corporate

The Assistant Manager – Corporate at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights will be responsible for maximizing sales and achieving targets by working closely with various departments such as Rooms and Food & Beverage. The role involves maintaining records of sales agreements, tracking business bookings, conducting client inspections, and building relationships with established clients. The position requires a focus on customer satisfaction and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of all Sales Agreements and Contracts.

  • Track business booked through an efficient trace file system.

  • Submit timely Sales reports.

  • Conduct residence inspections for clients as required.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while exploring new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with operational departments to meet guest requests and expectations.

  • Handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring follow-up when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or as an Assistant Manager in hotel operations.

  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
