DIB is seeking an Assistant Manager – Corporate Operations for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and compliant processing of corporate transactions, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting management reporting and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all deals and transactions are within approved limits.

Verify, check, and sign vouchers, requisitions, and supporting documents as per SOPs.

Accurately process transactions in line with agreed SLAs.

Prepare and provide MIS reports and adhere to statutory reporting requirements.

Maintain proper filing and record updates for easy retrieval.

Ensure month-end reconciliation and balancing of related accounts (Suspense/GL/Nostro/Vostro).

Perform AML, KYC, FRM, and ORP checks where necessary.

Explore process automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Provide feedback and performance updates on direct reports.
-
Maintain confidentiality of products, processes, and sensitive information.

Perform additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
Skills & Knowledge:
-
Strong knowledge of corporate banking operations, reconciliation, and compliance.

Ability to manage MIS reporting and month-end processes.
-
Understanding of AML/KYC and financial regulatory requirements.

Process improvement and efficiency mindset.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience:
-
Minimum 4–5 years of banking experience in corporate operations or related areas.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement).
