Assistant Manager – Corporate

The Assistant Manager – Corporate at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights plays a vital role in maximizing sales and achieving pre-determined targets. You will work closely with various departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other revenue-generating teams to ensure business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets by working closely with multiple departments.

  • Maintain complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements and Contracts.

  • Establish and maintain an efficient trace file to ensure proper tracking of all business booked.

  • Submit timely Sales reports.

  • Conduct inspections of residences for clients whenever required.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clientele and explore new business opportunities.

  • Liaise with related operational departments to ensure guest requests and expectations are met.

  • Handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups for complaints or issues that cannot be immediately resolved.


Qualifications:

  • Ideally, a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales or as an Assistant Manager in hotel operations.

  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
